A Way To Blog Better?
After some time since I have started out in this blog, I discovered that there are times where there are great spurts of inspiration to put down my ideas and thoughts to share with my readers. But there are also dry spells of what to write here. I’ve done some reflection about this and after talking to some of my peers about this, I have come to some conclusions.
It is always good to have a structure
Indeed this is true if it is about something as personal as blogging. Having a structure gives a good overall picture and provides a flow in topics that are easy to follow (for the benefit to readers for clarity). It also gives meaning to the writer and a timeline on what he can and wants to write. Also, it serves as a good tracking system.
Ask readers for comments/feedback
At this juncture, I implore my readers to also provide feedback to my writing and contents put up. Or even what you would like to see written as well. Why? Because I write not only for myself, but for you too! Having feedback and comments generates more ideas on what to write about and addresses readers’ needs.
Hence from here till the end of October, I have planned to write on the following few topics interspersed with other blog postings when I feel inspired as well. For some topics, I will hope to go deeper into them too.
- Why I want to earn more $$?
- Why a blog then?
- Traffic Generation overview
- Elaboration on each traffic generation techniques
- Inspiring links/articles on maintaining a blog for a living
As you can see, the above topics are centred on a beginner’s perspective in starting a blog for a living. This serves as an insight point for those journeying with me and certain necessities when we start out in blogging. I hope the following 1 month plus or writing in this blog gives you one way or another, sustenance as a blogger, starter or pro.
