Google Adsense Snail Mail in my Physical MailBox

I’ve got mail!

Whilst in a post about testing Bidvertiser, I have not given up on Google Adsense yet. As a blogger and trying to earn an income online, there must be some diversification involved. Just like any other business.

Google has more restrictive criteria. As payment is done by check and because many people abuse its system over the years due to its popularity, Google has some steps to counter such problems. One of them is verifying your payment account.

I have requested a mailer for my pin number sometime back and it has finally arrived by snail mail.

For those who are in the process of doing so or will do so in the future, here’s 2 scanned pics of what you will get.

It’s pretty neat to receive a mailer that is on ‘priority’ to you.

Just like a stock brokerage or bank account opening, you would recieve a verification pin to activate it. Google has the same concept.

If you use Google Adsense, make sure you request this pin early because it takes about 2 weeks or longer to arrive, depending on your location.
