Paid to Install and Run – Gomez Peer

Gomez Peer is a paid-to-install-and-leave-it-to-run-on-your-computer service. It is an excellent passive income program everyone ought to join except that it pays really little. However, given the resources that you put into this program, the payout is really decent.

Essentially, Gomez Peer runs a webmonitoring (really safe) program on your computer. Once in a while, it processes data from web monitoring and sends it back to the server. You will be paid according to the number of minutes Real Time Processing is done. How can one increase your earnings in this program?

  1. Be connected online as much as you can
  2. Install the Gomez Peer program on as many computers as possible (same username)
  3. Be located in a requested region (out of your control)

Some areas need more computers as certain monitoring data are rare in those places (i.e dial ups in Korea, broadband in Indonesia etc). The more time you are online, the greater the chances you have more processing allocated to you. And minutes are aggregated across all computers you install under the same username.

Gomez Peer has been around for close to a decade. Previously it was owned by Porivo before being acquired by Gomez, a huge company. Hence users need not be afraid of it being a scam.

Gomez peer is a scam. I set up to of their programs on 2 separate computers for 3 hours. Their system only recorded 45 mins processing time and a total of 100 mins on line time….Since when does 100 minutes equal 3 hours…and that was with 2 computers running it .  Oh and according to what the average price they charge for their research for every .000250 cents they pay your per minute they make 150.00 …sound fair…didn’t think so. Now just to let you in on another secret. When you install their software it opens up a nasty little hole in your firewall so you better have a real good antivirus and anti spyware program running all the time. As as for every one suspicions that it may contain key loggers…well that one is not true. It is actually clean on that one.

hmm.. good advise on the firewall hole and the keyloggers etc.

From what i know, Gomez is actually a listed company and does this quite legitimately. Not too sure how come you face issues on your processing time but I’m cool with mine so far. Not that I actually pay attention to it. Just some side bucks that’s all that goes into my PayPal regularly.

    Anyone else has issues?
