In one of my last post on “Do You Twitter? And Why You Should”, I mentioned that microblogging is taking off like a jet plane.

For Twitter alone, there have been a variety of spin-offs and subsidary applications that ride on the service. There are actually people teaching others how to use Twitter. Almost everyone that has an internet connection on the American continent is Twittering. The rest of the world is slowly catching on as well.

The oddest thing I found recently is that you can actually GET PAID for using Twitter!

How it works is like a bidding system for advertisers. You put up an advertising amount for a particular number of days. Advertisers will choose those that suit their needs.

Of course, the more people follow you, the more cash you can command because of higher traffic.

Check it out accessing the banners top or below. It’s quite amazing how ingenious people can get in making use of Twitter. In this case, to monetize from it.
